By accessing or using Eli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Eli provides a cloud-based platform for running AI coding agents against your GitHub repositories. The service includes task execution, repository management, team collaboration, and billing management.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eli for any unlawful purpose, to generate malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage beyond your plan's included allocation is billed at the overage rates specified on the billing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated code or actions taken by agents on your repositories.
